What kind of legacy do you want to leave for your children or grandchildren? My Papa could do no wrong in my eyes. He was my hero. He understood me like no other and I understood him the same. We had a special bond that we treasured.

What is it that you love about your spouse? What keeps you going in the hard times? When your anniversary approaches, do you get excited, reminiscing about all the great times you’ve had together, or, do you wince at thinking you almost forgot and panic about what you’re going to get him or her?

You feel the panic rise up as the phone rings. You’re afraid to answer it. What if it’s the creditors again? But, if you don’t answer, what if they won’t stop calling? …Could it be someone else? What if there’s an emergency or someone needs me and I’m missing an important call?

We chose to worship the Lord, giving Him our shattered hearts. He knew where we were at. Our hearts lay delicately in His hands.
