Planted Warriors
This is our hub for our Bible studies and related materials. We’re passionate about equipping women in their growth with the Lord, and training them to be effective, confident disciplers for Jesus. What does Planted Warriors mean? Our first initiatives for this branch of our ministry will start with our Warrior in Training Bible Study coming out September 1, as well as our Warrior Weekend, on November 17-19, 2023. To register for our weekend Intensive, and/or to stay up-to-date on the developments of our Bible study, click the link here: https://linktr.ee/plantedwarriors

Finances – Do it Together
Are you the “numbers” person in your family? You enjoy math so doing the budget each month is fun for you. It’s easier for you to manage it, so you take that responsibility, to help your spouse who finds it stressful. Or, perhaps you’re the spender of the family? You enjoy shopping a little too much, so doing a budget is frustrating for you. It’s easier to let your spouse take care of it and ask him/her to give you a limit on what you can spend each month? Is either scenario good? Why or why not? Find out in today’s post!

Falling Short? Grow With Grace
You’ve sinned and the weight of it feels heavy. Shame tells you to turn away from God. You’ve gone too far. Or, it says that you need to try harder; to perform more for Christ in order to win His approval. Shame breeds shame. The more you try to perform for Jesus, the harder you push, the more you’ll see how you fall short. But shame tells you to keep going. That’s all you think you can do. But is that right? How do you break the cycle of shame and get right with God? Let’s continue to explore this through Peter’s story.
Episode 21 – Life Is a Freakshow – Did That Really Just Happen?
Tess Scott is a Christian speaker, an award-winning author, and a black sheep turned “Jesus Girl.” With humour and vulnerability, this Canadian mom of eight is on mission to encourage other women with messy stories that they are not alone. She has lived through multiple divorces, married her husband twice and raised a whole brood of boys which only goes to prove God is full of grace and mercy.

Tired of False Hope?
It seems like everyone around you has more hope about you having kids than you do for yourself. Are you tired of false hope, and are looking for real answers?

Are You Struggling With Falling Short?
Do you feel like you’re not good enough? Have you done a lot of awful things over the years, and feel like you can’t be redeemed from them? Has shame weighed you down? Let’s look at how Jesus instructed someone who was about to feel the same way.

New Life
Ah! The freshness of spring. The birds are beginning to return and the morning is filled with the sounds of their chirping. Bunnies are popping up everywhere along with the spring flowers. The grass is turning green and the trees are budding. Life is returning after the dreary cold.

Our Victorious King
Since the beginning of the year, we’ve gotten to know Jesus on a more personal level. I chose to do the I AM’s study of Jesus at this time for a specific reason. I wanted to get our minds prepared for Easter – when we celebrate our victorious King.

Living and Serving Out of Brokenness
Life for church planters is difficult. It’s lonely, selfless, and just plain hard. Home offers a place of security and rest. But what happens when suffering enters your home too? How do you find beauty out of brokenness? How do you wrestle through the pain with Christ?

I Am the First and the Last
Though this I AM is not part of the book of John, it is powerfully woven throughout Scripture, declaring God’s supremacy and intimacy to His people.
