Everyone goes through hard times. When life kicks us around it’s easy to get stuck in our comforts and excuses, fearing anything worse to happen. Sometimes it’s hard to hold onto hope and remember God’s goodness and plans for us.
Rachel relishes the opportunity to remind people there’s always hope! She encourages women out of their comfort zones and excuses into disciplined lives for Christ, no matter the situation. This helps them fulfill God’s mission, build strong accountability and discipleship, and grow madly in love with Jesus through the process!

- Reviving our Hearts through Prayer:
- Session 1 – Helping ladies understand the barriers we build (idols, past wounds, unforgiveness, apathy) that keep us from a deep, loving relationship with the Lord and how to revive our hearts in Him.
- Session 2 – Rachel takes ladies on a tour of the tabernacle and shares how each element is a symbol of the Gospel. This leads to them understanding how much God loves us and treasures every one of our prayers.
- Grow Confident in Christ by Understanding Spiritual Warfare from a Place of Victory – Based on Exodus 6:10-18
- How to OPT into God’s Plans for You – our walk with God in leadership is actually Him inviting us to participate in His plan rather than leading ours – based on Moses through Exodus. (OPT stands for Observe, Participate, Triumph)
